How to register
The purchase of products in our store is reserved exclusively for registered users.
To register, simply click on "You are not registered yet" in the home page and enter your personal data, correct and complete so as to avoid problems during orders.
Remember that it is mandatory to enter correct and true data, otherwise you could be prosecuted by law as well as obscured by the site caferace.it
Registration is quick, free and without obligation.
Once you have registered, you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your request.
In order to be able to join our club, we ask you to provide us with your personal data (name, surname, address,...) as well as a personal password that is stored in the "Profile" section and can be updated and completed by you at any time.
In this section you can also change your password and your e-mail address to which you want to receive the communications we send you (including newsletters).
Even if you change your e-mail correspondence, your username does not change and remains the one used at the time of subscription.
We are committed to treating all personal and confidential information about you that relates to the stages of registration and purchase with the utmost confidentiality and in full compliance with the law on privacy.
Forgot your password. How do I do it?
If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot your password?" from the home page. By entering your email address, you will be sent your password immediately. If you do not receive your password in a few minutes, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org containing your name, surname, e-mail with which you registered (if one of these data is missing you cannot proceed) and within 24 hours the operators will forward you a temporary password.
How can I change my password?
To change your password, go to the "change your details" section and reset your password.
Finally click on send after expressing your personal data, clicking on the appropriate square.
How to buy
To make a purchase, simply place the item you are interested in in in your shopping cart and follow the instructions.
If it is multiple purchases, that is, multiple items, just insert the various items into the cart individually, at the end click on view cart and enter the information required.
Make a payment with Paypal
Paypal is a fast and secure payment method, but also very expensive.
For this reason we ask our customers who intend to pay in this way to contribute to the commissions in the measure of 3.5%. This allows us to offer prices as low as possible, and without weighing even those who opt for other payment methods. It would be easy to increase all prices by a few cents so as to amortize the costs of paypal, pretending to take charge of us, but it does not seem fair to us towards those who do not use this method of payment.
Make a payment with Credit Card
By choosing this method of payment you will be transported to the page of our bank, dedicated to us, which will manage the collection for us in total safety. In this way your data will be safe
Make a return
If you change your mind, no problem. After each purchase you have 14 days to let us know that you want to return something (or everything) and get a refund equal to the amount of the returned products.
To make a return you simply have to:
1. Inform us of your intention to return by writing to email@example.com
2. Download the return form and print it out. (click here)
3. Fill it out in all its parts and put it in the package together with the goods in its original packaging, complete with packaging and the transport document at the following address:

N.B. Remember that the return can be made for any reason within 14 days from receipt of goods, except for items ordered specifically and for those made by hand at the request of the customer, for which it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Receiving an Invoice
- private user
The sales system of caferace.it, as an online seller, does not require the issuance of an invoice (or receipt or tax receipt) to a private individual (not registered for VAT), according to art. 22 of Presidential Decree of 26/10/1972 n. 633 and Article 2, letter oo) of Presidential Decree No 696 of 21 December 1996.
Usually, a private individual does not need an invoice. To request assistance and warranty you can, in fact, keep the purchase receipt that you will find attached to the e-mail of shipment.
If you still want to request the issuance of the invoice, enter the request in the notes at the end of the order. The invoice will be in the name of the order holder and it will not be possible to make the invoice payable to a different name or address.

Defective product / Warranty
All our products are covered by a 2-year warranty.
If you encounter problems within this period, here's what to do:
1. Send us an email informing us of the defect;
2. Fill out the form at the following link, print it out and insert it into the package you send us;
3. Send the item complete with screws, cables and anything else received with the article, to the following address:
